E-glass Stitch Mats are a fabric by chopping continuous strands into chopped strands of certain length and stitching together the chopped strands.

Compatible Sizings and Applications  

E-glass Stitch Mats are compatible with polyester,vinyl ester, phenolic and epoxy resins.

The typical end-use applications include FRP boat hulls,laminates,structural shapes and the inner lining of pipes.

Product Features 

1. Mat width ranging from 200mm to 600mm

2. No binder is used and polyester thread is used for selvedge binding

3. Good strand dispersion and uniform area weight

4. Good mold ability and easy roll-out

5. Good wet out in resins, resulting in high molding productivity..
